Visit https://trezor.io/start to download the latest version of the Trézor Bridge, which allows your browser to communicate with the device. Follow the installation instructions based on your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
Upon first connection, the device may require a firmware update. Make sure to use only official sources:
The update ensures your device has the latest security patches and functionality improvements.
After updating, the device will guide you to set up a new wallet. You will be asked to generate a recovery seed phrase. This is a critical step for your wallet’s security.
The device will display 24 words one by one. Write them down on the supplied recovery seed card in the correct order. Store this card in a secure location, separate from the device itself.
Set up a strong PIN code directly on the device. This PIN will be required for each device connection.
Once the PIN is set, the device will prompt you to confirm that the recovery seed has been safely stored. Confirm on the device when done.
Visit the official web wallet at:
From the web wallet, you can send and receive supported cryptocurrencies, manage accounts, and check your transaction history.
